Box Office Information
CHS Performing Arts maintains a virtual box office throughout most of the season. You may purchase tickets online through our On the Stage ticketing portal below. You may also call or email us to help facilitate an order.
The physical location box office is only available on performance dates and is located in the lobby of the CHS Performing Arts Center. Tickets may be purchased at the box office for performances unless a sold out notice is stated on our website and BookTix ticketing portal. The physical box office location is open one (1) hour prior to each performance time. Doors open for seating thirty (30) minutes prior to each performance time.

Parking & Entrance
There is ample parking in the east (back) parking lot of Cascade High School. Please enter through Door #38 (Event Entrance) of CHS. The Performing Arts Box Office is located in the lobby of the Performing Arts Center, which is just inside Door #38. Cascade High School and the Performing Arts Center are fully accessible for persons using a wheelchair or with other physical limitations.
Seating
Seating for all CHS live theater productions is reserved seating when you purchase tickets through our On the Stage ticketing portal (unless otherwise posted). Tickets that are purchased at the box office are based on the best available seating for the party purchasing tickets. Our volunteers running the box office will be able to help facilitate your order and get the best seats available! Doors open for seating thirty (30) minutes prior to the performance time.
Tickets & Theater Entry
We have gone fully digital! When you purchase tickets using our On the Stage online ticketing portal, you will receive your tickets via email to the address on file when placing your order. You may print these tickets or bring them on a mobile device to present for scanning upon entering the theater. Tickets can be requested to be re-sent if they become lost by visiting the appropriate production's show page or by emailing [email protected]. Please reference your order number in your message. Tickets can be sent via email or texting/SMS (any service fees for your wireless provider will apply, if applicable).
Tickets purchased at the box office will be emailed or texted immediately upon purchase for entry into the theater. Patrons may also be checked in by name or order number.

Methods of Payment
We are glad to accept cash and all major credit cards (swipe, chip, or tap) as well as Google and Apple Pay as methods of payment for our ticket sales and concession stand. There is no ATM available in our facility. All ticket prices include the On the Stage infrastructure and credit card fee. What you see is what you will pay ! No fees will be added onto the end of ticket transactions. Cash tickets are only available for sale at the physical box office prior to performances.

Please contact us directly with all questions or concerns about your order(s) (including exchanges and refunds). Order may be refunded less the On the Stage infrastructure fee for 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours, partial refunds may be available.
